UserAlertX is a service of Xpandable Technology Lab LLC. This explains what we collect, why, and what we do (and don't do) with it.

What we collect

Email address — required for every account, used to verify you and to deliver email alerts.
Phone number — only if you choose text delivery, used solely to send your alerts and to confirm carrier opt-in (reply Y/STOP).
Alert content — the messages you or your connected bot/program send through the service, so we can deliver them.
Billing information — handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We don't store your card details ourselves.

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. They're used only to operate UserAlertX itself.

How we use it

Solely to run the service: creating and verifying your account, delivering the alerts you send, billing (via Stripe), and responding if you contact support. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it.

Who we share it with

Only the vendors that make the service work: Twilio (SMS delivery), our email infrastructure (email delivery), and Stripe (billing) — each only receives what they need to perform that function. We don't share your data with anyone else, and never for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we're required to keep records (e.g. billing history) for legal or accounting purposes.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop SMS delivery immediately.
Unsubscribe from email alerts via the link in any alert email.
Contact us to request a copy of your data or full account deletion.

Security

Your API key is shown once, at account confirmation, and never emailed or displayed again except on your own account screen. We don't store payment card numbers — that's handled entirely by Stripe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
